If you look closely, it happens because her weapon bounces to targets that
have already been bounced to. I made an imgur album showing the sequences of
the bounces.

You can see it bounces to the middle creep, to the right creep, instakills
Janna and Caitlyn (by bouncing infinitely until both of them die), and then
bounces back to the right creep (which is now hidden behind Caitlyn's
portrait).
