規則6.3.2
If three or more teams are tied, the head-to-head record of all teams
against each other team involved in the tiebreaker will be considered.
If a single team owns a winning record (as defined as winning more than
50% of the games) against every other team in the tiebreaker,
they are automatically granted the highest seed available in the
tiebreaker, and a new tiebreaker is declared amongst the remaining teams.
三隊同分 有比互相勝負
但是 必須是其中一隊 都2:0 其他兩隊
才會從三隊中拿到第一順位
如果沒有就必須打加賽

先考慮三隊之間的比賽時間長短決定種子
比較三隊在小組賽勝場的時間總和，
最短的則為#1種子，次之為#2，最長為#3。
第二、第三種子先互打，輸家為第三名。贏家跟#1種子爭第一名。
