Annie's last skin was Hextech Annie, released 2016-03-15. Since she's only
available through Hextech her last skin you could purchase was Sweetheart
Annie, released 2015-02-13.
Elise's last skin was SKT T1 Elise, released 2016-08-18.
Gnar's last skin was El León Gnar, released 2016-06-02.

If we discount the limited availability skins, those dates go back even
further. Elise hasn't had a new one since Blood Moon Elise and Thresh,
Nidalee since Warring Kingdoms Nidalee/Katarina. And IIRC WK Nidalee is
limited so we go back to fucking Headhunter.
Anybody who says those two get skins too often is full of shit, their
permanently available pool is limited as fuck.

然後新春豹喜 奈德麗也是限定品，所以我們得回到天殺的獵頭者（註：2013/3/20）。

Yep, that's correct. Not even Annie have that many skins if we only count
those permanently available. If I'm reading

have three skins permanently available for purchase.
Ahri have seven, plus six chromas for Popstar Ahri. Fuck Ahri.

在造型Retired制實行後，其實平時可買的造型池變小了很多，特別一些老英雄
台服之前都無感因為雞舍沒更進一直把退役繼續拿來賣，直到去年年底才實施
我嘛，是main約瑞科的，最近終於出了新Skin，說實話感受蠻微妙的(˙ˋ˙)
