國外網站選出的JETET17年生涯的5大防守好球
英文差就不獻醜了
不過第一名那球是:jeter怎麼會在那邊= =
這算是誤打誤撞嘛?
5.) The Jeffrey Maier game. A most likely Jeter fly out turns into one of the
biggest and most popular home run's in baseball history. Little Maier reacher
over the wall in game 1 of the 1996 ALCS deflecting the ball over the fence
and giving Jeter another big hit and home run.
4.) Most hits by a Yankee. On September 11, 2009, Jeter passed Yankee Legend
Lou Gehrig for most hits all-time by a Yankee with 2,722.
3.) Oh what a dive! Who can forget Derek Jeter's amazing dive in the stands
after running down a pop up against the Boston Red Sox in the 12th inning on
July 1, 2004. Diving head first and all, Jeter made the catch and came out
busted up but looking like a boss.
2.) Mr. November. Reggie Jackson, Mr. October. Yes we know that, but who said
there couldn't be a Mr. November? Right after midnight on November 1, 2001,
Jeter hit a walk-off homer to win it in game 4 of the World Series giving him
that legendary nickname. That was the first time baseball was played in
November in the era where baseball counts. The post season was pushed back a
week due to 9/11.
1.) Smell ya Giambi...A.K.A. The Flip. If you saw this play, which you
probably have, it's baseball at its finest. When the ball was overthrown and
missed the cutoff, Jeter was magically there to back it up and made a perfect
flip to Jorge Posada who made the tag just in time on Jeremy Giambi. The
Yankees at the time were holding on to a 1-0 lead.
There you have it folks, Jeter at his finest.
