LOS ANGELES (AP)—Two men charged in the savage beating of a San Francisco
Giants fan at Dodger Stadium are accused of cutting the victim’s tongue and
disfiguring his face.
That’s according to charging documents filed in court Friday against
29-year-old Louie Sanchez and 30-year-old Marvin Norwood. Both are charged
with one count each of mayhem, assault by means likely to produce great
bodily injury, and battery with serious bodily injury.
之前有兩人被控在道奇球場毆打巨人球迷，現在更以割掉被害者舌頭和毀容罪行
遭到起訴。
關於29歲的 Louie Sanchez和30歲Marvin Norwood的犯罪內容，是引述週五法庭
所公佈的起訴書。兩個嫌疑人都將以一罪一罰起訴，包含可能造成嚴重身體傷害
的的侵犯人身罪、重傷害毆打罪。
A complaint by the Los Angeles County district attorney’s office details the
injuries inflicted on Bryan Stow, a paramedic who suffered a brain injury and
remains hospitalized in serious condition since the March 31 attack.
The complaint charged the men with mayhem for cutting Bryan Stow’s tongue,
putting out an eye and slitting his nose, ear and lip.
洛杉磯檢察官的起訴書內容詳細說明了Bryan Stow所遭受的傷害，這位護理人員
自3月31受到攻擊後，腦部受傷而且情況嚴重需持續待在加護病房。
起訴書還提到兩位暴力犯罪者割掉Bryan Stow的舌頭，弄瞎他其中的一支眼睛，
劃傷他的鼻子、耳朵和嘴唇。
