Rockies SS Trevor Story to have thumb surgery, might miss rest of season
Colorado Rockies rookie shortstop Trevor Story, who leads the National League
with 27 home runs, will have surgery to repair a torn ulnar collateral
ligament in his left thumb and expects to miss the rest of the season, he
said Tuesday.
