半夜睡不著只好看看記者會影片
覺得教練講的話很有意義所以把一些截錄下來了
以下是用我破破爛爛的聽力打出來的
所以有錯誤請多指教
本來打在推文裡面但分成好多樓所以決定打成一篇了
