1. Absentee voters will be required to submit driver’s license numbers or other
documentation under a new process for checking their identity, replacing
signature matching processes.
不在場投票申請時，需要附上駕照或其他photo ID的號碼.

要不要多開兩個禮拜天給大家選. Runoff 是Georgia senate的特別補選... 那個規則
很複雜，有Jungle election那個我也看不太懂.
4. In addition, the legislation sets a deadline to request absentee ballots 11
days before election day and disqualifies provisional ballots cast in the
wrong precinct.

5. Distributing food or drinks to voters waiting in line is also prohibited.

喝水是很殘忍。
這個法律的精神是禁止你黨工!!! 在選民排隊的時候在那邊拿 #中國人的女婿 捐的錢
發小禮物發礦泉水之類的行爲. 選民的家人朋友可以拿水跟食物給排隊的選民, 選民
可以自己帶水, 法條還有說選區可以自行決定在投票所内放飲水機.
6. Polling stations must have a reliable backup power generator.
投票所一定要自備可靠的備用發電機
