剛剛看到這消息，就是MLB在上次和工會的CBA談判中
有提出一個新的自由球員方案，就是讓球員只要年滿29.5歲
就直接進FA，不需要滿六年年資
這會讓球團不能再控制年資+晚成的球員能在巔峰時進FA
但對年輕就登上大聯盟的不利
Major League Baseball, as part of its proposal to the players’ association last
month, offered to curtail the impact of service time by creating a formula to d
isperse $1 billion to all arbitration-eligible players and make free agency univ
ersal at 29 1 / years of age, The Post has learned.
此外在薪資仲裁方面，也提出了一個改革方案
就是會有一個10億美金的pool
然後設立一個公式讓所有符合仲裁的球員去分
註:今年的仲裁球員總共拿到6.5億美金的薪水
而這pool的金額會隨著聯盟營收做調整
What MLB proposed was to create a $1 billion pool (and to tie that pool total to
revenue in future years) for all eligible players, to replace arbitration. A fo
rmula would be created to determine how much players would receive. Arbitration-
eligible players received roughly $650 million for this season.
