Michael Lorenzen left yesterday to fly ahead to Anaheim in advance of his start.
Apparently no one informed Joe Maddon, who started looking for him to pinch hit
late in the extra-inning game.
“I said, ‘Somebody go get Lorenzen!’” he said. “They were like, ‘He’s on
a plane.’”
