是這樣的，我有個 App 類似內建的天氣，可以選不同站，然後顯示
站的一些數據供使用者參考。然後我上一版新增了一個功能就是可
以選一個站然後在通知中心顯示，如果使用者沒選站但是在通知中心
把這 extension 打開，就會顯示錯誤訊息，要使用者到 App 裡面
設定。這版審核過了，也上架快一個月了。
然後我修了一些 bugs 跟 UI 微調，送審，結果被拒了，理由是
2.2 - Apps that exhibit bugs will be rejected
細節是 the Today Extension does not reflect the location selected
within the application.
然後附了一張 Today Extension screenshot 跟 App 執行時的 screenshot
（很明顯沒去設定通知中心部分，不然應該是附上設定的 screenshot 吧）
留的訊息 Next Steps 有寫：
If we misunderstood the intended behavior of your app, please reply
to this message in the Resolution Center to provide information on
how these features were intended to work.
然後我就留言解釋一下 App 的運作方式了。我想請教大家的問題是，1.有人
遇過類似的問題（功能被當 bug），然後留言解釋後審核通過的嗎？
2.如果有，重審會拖很久嗎？重送一個 build 然後在送審表單裡面說明會不
會比較快通過？
