11月中趁著Selfridges 有黑五活動
歡天喜地的在上面訂了TOM FORD的Rose Brick+ Casablanca唇膏組合
原本網站寫12/2送達,但我等到12/1才收到寄出通知信
但在物流網站上卻一直沒有顯示貨物狀態
直到上週六12/5我等不下去,寫信問了客服
客服回信說會再跟相關部門確認
直到剛剛我再次發信問狀況,就收到Selfrifges 的退款通知
隨後又收到客服回信如下
「Thank you for your patience.
After looking into this with the relevant team we were unable to track this orde
r for you. For this reason I have now refunded this for you. Please allow 3-5 da
ys to receive the funds back into your account.
I do apologise for this inconvenience.」
