Marcos Rojo woeful and Zlatan Ibrahimovic ineffective

Let down badly by his defenders - particularly for Burnley's first - but
there have been signs of his failure to command his box as Manchester
United's inability to defend from set pieces have become more prevalent in
recent weeks

United's best attacking threat - his crossing from the right cut Burnley open
time and again. Also produced two important defensive headers to deny
Burnley, but let himself down with the silly free kick that led to Defour's
goal
Jones - 5
Hardly helped by having the hapless Rojo alongside him. Spent much of the
first half looking over his shoulder at his partner
Rojo - 2 (事實證明 曼聯的後衛就是還不到水準...該買了
Banned after picking up five bookings in the space of five games. Mourinho
might leave him out for longer after a panic-stricken performance that
started with the stupid foul that led to Burnley's opening goal. Hooked at
half time
Shaw - 6 (今天的遠射有模有樣
Another positive performance from him. Attacked with intent and twice forced
saves from Pope
Matic - 5
Not as assured in his passing as usual. Dropped back into defence after Rojo
was put out of his misery at half time and was an improvement
Pogba - 6
Tried hard to drive United from midfield with varying degrees of success. Not
his most effective
Mata - 6
Bright, popping up in dangerous areas around the final third. Burnley
struggled to keep track of him - but United didn't capitalise often enough
Rashford - 5
Worked hard, but final ball let him down too often. His pace and directness
makes him a threat, but he didn't make Burnley pay
Ibrahimovic - 3
Wandered around like an ageing prizefighter looking for a knockout blow.
You could feel his frustration as he tried and failed to make things happen
despite getting in some promising positions before being taken off at half
time
Lukaku - 4
Mourinho will be tempted to tell him to steer clear of his own penalty area.
Dreadful defending as Barnes opened the scoring and didn't do much better
with a header in Burnley's box in the second half.
Substitutes
Lingard (for Rojo 45) - 8 (你一定要有運啊!!!!
What a difference he made. Unfortunate not to score when he hit Pope in the
face from point blank range, then found the net with a brilliant back heel
and then another late on
Mkhitaryan (for Ibrahimovic 45) - 5
Helped United get more control in the final third, but couldn't provide a
decisive moment Mourinho wanted
