Highlights
Aaron Wan-Bissaka good but Victor Lindelof poor vs Everton
Man United faced Everton in the Premier League at Old Trafford and here are how
the players rated.
David de Gea - 6 (不能怪他
A solid stop from Demarai Gray at 0-0 but could do nothing about Andros
Townsend's equaliser.
Aaron Wan-Bissaka - 7
Crossed well for Anthony Martial and blocked a goalbound Abdoulaye Doucoure
strike. Performed at both ends in best performance in months.
Victor Lindelof - 4
Shaky whenever Everton went at him - on the deck and in the air - and caused
anxiety with his misjudgements.
Raphael Varane - 6
Secure enough, despite Lindelof's lapses, and never seemed flustered by
Everton's counter-attacks.
Luke Shaw - 7
An accomplished return. Linked up well in attack, produced a key block with the
game goalless and defended well.
Scott McTominay - 6
Aggressive in the battle with Doucoure and Allam and got into the box often,
where he could have done better with one mishit.
Fred - 6 (沒辦法犯規阻止反擊......6分太高了吧
Was a good conduit between defence and attack and ought to have claimed an
assist. Brushed off too easily for Everton's equaliser.
Mason Greenwood - 6
Probed regularly but lacked conviction with some of his opportunities, be it a
shot or a cross. Could easily have been taken off.
Bruno Fernandes - 5 (永遠不輪替 勞工之恥....
Sloppy with the ball at times but played Martial in for the breakthrough. That
sloppiness sparked Everton's breakaway goal.
Anthony Martial - 6
Squandered a good headed chance but then scored against his whipping boys just
before half-time. Departed before the hour.
Edinson Cavani - 5
Should have scored with a header from Fred's cross. Not as effective as he was
in midweek and came off along with Martial.
Subs
Jadon Sancho - 6
Brightest performance yet for United.
Cristiano Ronaldo - 5
Lifted the crowd but did not do much else.
Paul Pogba - 5
Had some opportunities.
Manager - 5
Rotating was partially vindicated by the slick start and Martial's goal, but
United were never out of sight and had to turn to their names in the
second-half. No real strategy behind the changes.
