這名知情人士說，俄軍中有不同幫派，彼此競爭，有人早上來搬，有人晚上來。這些機具
都配備GPS衛星定位系統，可追蹤機具所在位置，最遠被送到車臣的Zakhan Yurt村。這些
機具也能遙控，被送到車臣後才發見被鎖住，無法啟動。
