俄軍向札波羅熱再部署額外國民近衛軍：NRC揭示原因

根據全國抵抗中心（National Resistance Center, NRC）報導，俄軍在暫時被佔領的札波
羅熱地區持續加強對當地居民的行動管制與檢查，作為反破壞行動的一部分。目前有消息指
出，俄羅斯進一步調派國民近衛軍（Rosgvardiya）部隊進駐該區。
俄軍正在札波羅熱被佔領區的居民當中，尋找協助烏克蘭守軍抵抗侵略者的民眾。
「俄軍最在意的是，有沒有居民向烏克蘭國防部隊透露關於俄軍部署在佔領定居點住宅區的
情報，」全國抵抗中心表示。
根據NRC資訊，俄方在其控制的札波羅熱地區，因擔心可能遭到破壞或游擊活動，已增加檢
查頻度並限制當地民眾的自由通行。
「特別是俄軍在前線沿線的城鎮增設了更多檢查哨。此外，還有額外的俄羅斯國民近衛軍（
Rosgvardiya）部隊抵達該地區進行選擇性檢查，」報導指出。
在此背景下，全國抵抗中心呼籲被佔領城市瓦西裡夫卡（Vasylivka）的居民，若情勢升溫
、可能爆發更激烈戰事，為了安全考量，盡量離開該地區。
去年12月底，由於駐守在赫爾松暫時佔領區的俄軍大量逃兵，俄方增派了國民近衛軍部隊前
往該地，同時擔任「封鎖部隊」的角色。
今夏，全國抵抗中心也提到，在被佔領的克里米亞，俄軍因烏克蘭國防部隊成功打擊軍事目
標，而加強了對當地居民的檢查。

In the temporarily occupied territories of the Zaporizhzhia region, Russian forc
es are tightening restrictions on the movement of residents and increasing check
s as part of counter-sabotage measures. There have been reports of additional Ro
sgvardiya forces being deployed to the region, reports the National Resistance C
enter (NRC).
The Russian forces are searching among the residents of the occupied areas of th
e Zaporizhzhia region for citizens who are assisting Ukrainian defenders in resi
sting the invaders.
"Russian forces are primarily concerned about the potential transfer of informat
ion to Ukrainian Defense Forces regarding the deployment of occupation personnel
in residential areas of captured settlements," the National Resistance Center (
NRC) reported.
According to the NRC, in the areas controlled by Russia in the Zaporizhzhia regi
on, the enemy has increased the number of checks and restricted the free movemen
t of the local population due to fears of sabotage and other partisan activities
.
"In particular, the Russians have increased the number of checkpoints in settlem
ents along the front-line. Additional forces of the Rosgvardiya have also arrive
d in the region to conduct selective checks," the publication states.
In this context, the National Resistance Center appealed to residents of the occ
upied city of Vasylivka, urging them, for their safety, to leave the community i
f possible during the potential escalation of hostilities.
At the end of December, due to widespread desertion among Russian soldiers in th
e temporarily occupied territories of the Kherson region, the enemy sent additio
nal Rosgvardiya forces to the area, which also performed the role of blocking un
its.
In the summer, the National Resistance Center noted that in the occupied Crimea,
the Russian forces intensified checks on the population due to successful strik
es by the Ukrainian Defense Forces on military targets.
