Should I charge my phone overnight?
Most modern smartphones are clever enough to stop charging when full, so
there isn't a great risk in leaving your phone charging overnight. But some
experts recommend you remove the phone from a case if charging for a long
time, as a case could lead to over heating – which Lithium-ion batteries do
not like (see below).

Myth 3: Charging your phone overnight kills the battery.
The truth: Your phone is smarter than you think. Once it's fully juiced up,
it knows to stop charging. That means the battery isn't even in use at all.
However, that doesn't mean you should be charging your phone all night, every
night. You wouldn't fill a cup with water if it was already full, would you?
Your battery life will last longer if you keep your phone charged between 40%
and 80%.

Should you leave your phone plugged into the charger overnight?
“Leaving your phone plugged in overnight is okay to do, it will not
drastically harm your device,” says Shane Broesky, co-founder of Farbe
Technik, a company that makes charging accessories. “Your phone is very
smart. Once it’s fully charged, it knows when to stop the current from
coming in to protect your phone from overcharging.”
So far so good, but there are situations when leaving that smartphone plugged
in overnight can slowly reduce the lifespan of your battery.

Your battery will also perform better if you don't let it charge to 100
percent, so take it off the charger at about 80 to 90 percent capacity.
Leaving the phone connected to the charger when the phone is completely
charged may lower battery life if you do it repeatedly.

Don't keep it plugged in when it's fully charged
According to Battery University, leaving your phone plugged in when it's
fully charged, like you might overnight, is bad for the battery in the long
run.
Once your smartphone has reached 100% charge, it gets "trickle charges" to
keep it at 100% while plugged in. It keeps the battery in a high-stress,
high-tension state, which wears down the chemistry within.
Battery University goes into a bunch of scientific detail explaining why, but
it also sums it nicely: "When fully charged, remove the battery" from its
charging device. "This is like relaxing the muscles after strenuous
exercise." You too would be pretty miserable if you worked out nonstop for
hours and hours.

為啥不提早充 睡前拔 這不就解決問題了
