上面寫說PO主要是球員可以延長合約
而ETO是球員可以提前終止合約
但為何我們很常看到 當球員在這年為PO時 他可以自己跳出合約 成為自由球員
這樣不就與ETO有衝突嗎? 例如今年的小AI
