Report: 76ers haven't given Brown a deadline
There's no timetable for Spurs assistant Brett Brown to accept the 76ers head
coaching job, a source close to the situation told Bob Cooney of the
Philadelphia Daily News.

The Sixers finally offered Brown the job Friday after months of dragging their
feet and interviewing numerous candidates. It's unclear whether he'll
definitely accept the job given the near-guarantee of heavy losses in his first
season. The two sides are reportedly discussing contractual terms and,
according to Cooney, an announcement wouldn't likely come until Monday at the
earliest.
