Stephen Curry is trusted to call the Warriors' first play each game, so he
considered getting the ball to Andre Iguodala to celebrate his return to the
Wells Fargo Center on Monday night.Then Curry drew up something that was much
more remarkable.

shots from distance and finished with 32 points in less than 33 minutes of
playing time. He tied his career high of six three-pointers by halftime and
surpassed his career-best half by going for 27 as the Warriors built a 66-42
lead. Iguodala had 11 20-point games last season and has only 15 30-point
games in his career.

quarter, head coach Mark Jackson decided to give Curry until the end of the
frame to get the one rebound needed for the triple-double. Curry then inhaled
a Darius Morris miss with 57.9 ticks on the clock.
"He's done everything right for me and put me in position to be a successful
coach, and it was a way of saying 'thank you,' " Jackson said.

got 18 points and seven rebounds from David Lee and 15 points on 4-of-8
three-point shooting from Klay Thompson. Evan Turner and Michael
Carter-Williams each scored 18 points to lead the 76ers.

came in Denver's season opener last year. But he played free and easy this
time and didn't get the expected boos from the volatile Philadelphia fans.
They offered more than a polite golf clap when he threw down a 70-foot
alley-oop from Curry that capped the Warriors' 18-0, first-quarter run.
