職場情場雙失意...
Apparently, the Knicks aren't the only one who believe they'll be better off
without Raymond Felton.
The point guard was served with divorce papers by his wife, Ariane
Raymondo-Felton, the New York Post reported Tuesday, just as rumors are
swirling that the Knicks are trying to trade him.
The grounds for the divorce request, which comes after 19 months of marriage,
are unclear, the Post reported.
The short love story goes like this: Ariane, now 26, dated Felton, now 29,
for a number of years before the couple married on July 28, 2012, in Wake
Forest, N.C., where, the Post said, Felton pledged, “I’m going to take care
of her. You have my word. I promise you. No matter what it is, I’m always
there for you. I love you.”
The couple, who live in New York, have no children.
Felton signed a three-year, $10 million contract with the Knicks in 2012, but
he has had a miserable season, and the Knicks are reportedly trying to swap
him for Atlanta Hawks guard Jeff Teague.
