: underestimate it. Do the players buy into the team concept? Does the team
: show up and play every day? Phil Jackson was the master of this.

: players. The bench unit hardly even looks like it's trying to run an offense

: find ways to work with. When you add in a versatile player like Draymond who
: would have a role on every team in the league, and a young player with talent

看勇士火了大屁股在我看來 也是另外一種賭
當初請他算是賭目前看來是小贏
火了他 請別的教練來 更像是另外 一種賭了
我個人應該再給他一年時間
下個球季還是一樣狀況的話
(西區4~6名 止步於第一或二輪)
再火他也還不遲
我以翻譯來說 勇士管理曾說了一堆用幾乎是神壇級的教練
來跟大屁股比較
我的觀點是 那也請制服組比照辦理
看看馬刺那神級的制服組跟POPO的搭配
1.戰術上
大屁股戰術素養我覺得是很夠的
電梯戰術就是一種 還延伸出很多變化型
讓浪花兄弟的運作空間很大 我覺得沒啥可挑剔的
畢竟勇士的優勢就是這兩隻的外線
(今天內線可不算是多好的等級 又傷..)
2.要論球員的種種
看勇士比賽 很HIGH沒錯
但是咖哩有時過於腦衝(不是溪河那種)
而是過度相信自己的投射能力
我看勇士比賽常看到
比如某次進攻應該慢下來的
咖哩就過半場就噴了 進的是很HIGH
可是球隊整體節奏 卻還是很亂
前兩年至少還有個JACK 可以調一下
(管理層就算不想花錢留人 至少也該找個類似程度的替補)
今年後半段找來BLAKE 就作用不大 季後賽上的時間就少
某些時刻大屁股也沒有"指導咖哩"
就是看著他 打自己的節奏 沒有把整隊HOLD住
在我看來 就是變成一種 球隊除了他 又還能有誰?
3.有點像是教練壓不壓得住球員
管理層還是拿神壇級得跟大屁股比
(真的對他很不公平..)
上述三點或許都不是頂尖 但絕對不會是不及格!
在板凳席上 累積了一卡車的2~3號球員
苦工4號跟替補4.5號?在哪? 就光靠小歐一個人撐
管理層今天就給你這種菜 在比賽中看來
已經是極大化了!某段還說了讓LEE跟小AI打替補?!@
你會讓簽大約的球員打替補嗎?...
況且對小AI的約其實有點意見
4年4800 今年平均9.3分 4.7板
他好用 防守行
可是明明有個便宜到不行的HARRISON
這筆錢是不是補內線比較實際?
今天BOGUT 就傷了
內線根本是被幹籃哥跟JORDAN強暴
到最後說穿了 管理層 根本把自己當作
馬刺一樣的神級制服組
然後去看待大屁股..
請看看拓荒者 去年還是墊底
我甚至以為STOTTS教練應該掰了才對
結果今年就給你過到第二輪
管理層應該是給時間跟好用的陣容去磨合
而不是把自己想成神 然後讓底下的教練去領繩吧..
