...Rockets could get Ariza, match Parsons, all while still preserving their
MLE, BAE and $8.4M Lin TPE. Ideal scenario for Houston.
If Pelicans won't play ball in S&T, could still propose 2-team S&T w/Wizards
using Lin TPE ($8.4M), slightly adjust Ariza pay structure...
...Not as ideal (would lose Lin TPE for future move), but still preserves MLE
& BAE. Imagine Wiz would take 2nd rounder for their trouble.
Wizards just used their full MLE on Paul Pierce. If they want to add any
other significant pieces, a $8.6M TPE sure would come in handy!

的837萬TE來和巫師先簽後換Ariza，不過Ariza的四年薪水分佈就可能要調整一下了
這樣火箭能照常拿下Ariza，即使再匹配Parsons，仍可保留全額中產、雙年特例以及交易
