Sam Cassell will leave the Washington Wizards to take an assistant coaching
position with the Los Angeles Clippers.
Cassell became an assistant with the Wizards in 2009.
曾經入選明星賽的退役後衛「外星人」Sam Cassell，將會離開他從2009就擔任助教的
巫師，轉而西進到快艇，與曾經在2008一起拿冠軍的Doc Rivers再次合作。
A reunion with Rivers has been rumored for several weeks, with the Clippers
losing assistants Tyronn Lue (to Cleveland) and Alvin Gentry (to Golden
State) this offseason.
業界對這兩人的重聚並不會感到意外，除了是因為此傳聞已經流傳不少天外，快艇本身
也有兩位助教被挖角，使球隊需要找人補上助教的缺口。
如果有人想知道快艇那兩位跳槽的助教，他們分別是騎士挖角的Tyronn Lue(也就是曾經
在總某冠軍賽上即使被Iverson跨過也要賣力防守的那一位矮後衛)，以及跳槽勇士的
Alvin Gentry。
Cassell will receive a significant pay raise though it will be a lateral move.
外星人跳槽除了與Rivers的交情外，跟錢當然也脫不了關係，即使這是屬於官階同等的「
橫向移動」，外星人也可以大幅提昇他的薪水。
