Los Angeles Lakers head coach Byron Scott plans to make changes to the
starting lineup as he’s frustrated with the current starters.

It’s been a woeful start to the season for the Los Angeles Lakers who
currently sit at 3-13, good for one of the worst records in the NBA.

Kobe Bryant has given maximum effort but looks like a shell of his former
self in terms of efficiency given the struggling teammates around him. Now
head coach Byron Scott says a change is needed and the Los Angeles Lakers
plan to bench some of their starters.
LAODA似乎已經盡力了 但他的隊友似乎都在扯他的後腿

The change however will not come tonight, though there’s no reason given for
that.
今晚可能不會有 雖然這根本沒有理由
Byron Scott said he will make lineup changes, but not tonight against
Toronto. It sounds like it's a matter of when & not if

Perhaps Byron Scott is attempting to light a fire under the current starters
with the threat of being benched, though it remains to be seen how that will
work. It’s not as if the Lakers have a ton of options on the bench either,
so it’s unlikely the idea of being benched is striking fear into some of the
current starters.
也許SCOTT只是想要嚇嚇這些先發球員而已
但是湖人板凳上的選擇也不多 所以也許這根本沒用
Obviously Kobe Bryant won’t be taken out of the lineup nor will Jeremy Lin
given the lack of point guards on the roster, so you have to assume it’s
Wesley Johnson, Carlos Boozer and/or Jordan Hill who are likely on the brink
of being regulated to the pine.
很明顯的LAODA和LIN不會被冰(因為沒PG惹)
W JOHNSON BOOOOZER 或JORDAN可能要倒楣了
Of course, it’s hard to imagine benching one player or even multiple will
have much impact on the outcome of games so it appears to be more of a power
play on behalf of Byron Scott than anything who might be trying to send a
message.
