Kemba Walker will have surgery on a torn lateral meniscus in his left knee
and is out indefinitely.
The team has not provided a specific timetable, but usually surgery on a torn
lateral meniscus requires 6-8 weeks on the sidelines. That means we might no
see Walker on the court until the middle of March and perhaps later. Fantasy
owners are going to have to weigh their options on stashing Walker for that
long. Brian Roberts should be picked up just about everywhere while Lance
Stephenson and Gary Neal pick up some extra value, too.
