Ronnie Price (elbow) out for season
- Los Angeles Lakers backup point guard Ronnie Price will miss the rest of
the season after undergoing surgery Wednesday to remove a bone spur in his
right elbow, Lakers coach Byron Scott told reporters after practice at their
facility Tuesday.

The surgery is scheduled to be performed by Dr. Neal ElAttrache of the
Kerlan-Jobe Orthopaedic Clinic, the Lakers said in a statement.
Price played in 43 games for the Lakers this season, starting 20 of
them before moving back to the bench so Scott could give more minutes to
rookie Jordan Clarkson.
