Anthony Grant will join the Oklahoma City Thunder as an assistant coach,
according to The Gainesville Sun.

Grant was an assistant for Billy Donovan at Marshall and Florida until 2006.

While at VCU, Grant produced three solid years, compiling a 76-25 record and
making two NCAA Tournaments. In 2007, his Rams squad, led by former Thunder
point guard Eric Maynor, upset Duke in the first round.

Following the 2009 season, Grant was hired by Alabama. While in Tuscaloosa,
his squads improved during his first three seasons on the job, making the
NCAA Tournament in 2012 for the school’s first time in six years.
