LeBron James has dominated the conversation nation-wide on playoffs, but
Steph Curry's gaining, and is the most talked about player in California.
Facebook published the data Tuesday which includes information from 165
million posts by 26 million people since the start of the playoffs.

What's notable is the data doesn't state whether the posts were positive or
negative. You can imagine James getting a wider swath when you factor in how
many critical or negative posts are made about him. Still, the data
definitely shows that there remains a gap between "The Golden Boy" and the
pre-eminent force in professional basketball. Curry won the MVP but he's
still a long way from James' stature, James has been signficantly more of a
media force, and Curry's hasn't engendered the kind of passion since he's so
new to the spotlight.
