Admitted smoking it to officer & charged w/possession - less than 1 ounce
今年8月，騎士後衛Shumpert被逮捕是因為持有大麻(少於一盎司)，而非酒駕。
他向警察承認有抽大麻，因而被起訴。

Police stopped Shumpert around 11:37 p.m. on Aug. 10 “for a lane change
violation and because his tail lights weren’t on his in his rented Audi A3,”
TMZ reported Friday. Shumpert faces charges of driving under the influence,
possession of marijuana (found in a mason jar in his car, TMZ says) and
failure to maintain lane, according to FOX 8 in Cleveland:

隨後警方在Shumpert租來的車子裡(奧迪A3)發現了一瓶大麻。他將面臨起訴。
