馬刺隊今天宣布幾項球團內部的人事異動
最主要的是前鵜鶘隊總教練Monty Williams成為籃球事務部門的副總裁
他也曾經有在馬刺效力過將近三個球季
去年則是在雷霆隊擔任助理教練，
而且也是里約奧運美國男籃的教練團成員之一
The Spurs have also hired Phil Cullen as director of basketball strategy, Pat
Sund as pro personnel scout/Austin Spurs assistant general manager, Nick
Repole as director of basketball information systems and Landry Fields — who
played five NBA seasons with New York and Toronto — has been named a college
scout.
另外值得一提的是，
林書豪過去在尼克隊時期的隊友Landry Fields也進入到馬刺球團工作
他將會是擔任球探的職務，負責觀察大學球員
先前Landry Fields與暴龍隊簽下三年合約
然而，出賽場數不但逐年遞減，而且數據更是大幅下滑
上一個球季出賽20場，平均僅1.8分1.0籃板
今年夏天Fields也有登錄在勇士隊的夏季聯盟名單之中
但是他並沒有任何出賽的紀錄
