The New York Knicks plan to waive point guard Ramon Sessions on Saturday,
league sources confirm. Sessions began the season as the starting point guard
but fell out of the rotation after an 0-3 start, replaced by veteran Jarrett
Jack. The Knicks now have an open roster spot and have been discussing the
possibility of signing G League guard Trey Burke to fill the spot, sources
say. The Knicks' decision to waive Sessions was first reported by the
Philadelphia Inquirer.
