**新資訊：Houston will incur a $506,134 cap hit on Zhou Qi. The former second round pick was originally signed to a four-year $5.56M contract in 2017 with only the first season guaranteed. The Rockets will save $1.54M towards the luxury tax and an additional $872K in salary. The tax bill is now $14.75M, fourth highest in the NBA. The roster is currently at 14, not including the Two Way Contracts of Danuel House and Vince Edwards.
