每日總消耗熱量(TDEE): 基礎代謝量(BEE) x 日常活動指數(Activity Multiplier)
以 LBJ 官方 6呎8, 250lbs, 體脂 6% 去算,TDEE 就直接 5000 了
當然這個數字就是一個計算值,以 LBJ 的訓練量,我覺得這個值還遠遠低估了

那他們一天消耗熱量是你的 2-3 倍,又有甚麼好奇怪的?
