Kemba Walker rejects possibility of teaming up with other All-Stars

The 2019 All-Star festivities are currently being held in Charlotte, North
Carolina. All-Star guard Kemba Walker, who is currently playing for the
Hornets, is ready to take the center stage and remind everyone that he’s one
of the best players in the league.

Walker, who is averaging 24.9 points, 5.6 assists, and 4.4 rebounds per game
this season, is set to become a free agent this summer, joining a talented
pool that also consist guys like Kevin Durant, Kawhi Leonard, and Kyrie
Irving.

NBA.com’s Shaun Powell asked Walker if he plans to join another superteam
this summer, and the eight-year veteran said he’d rather go against his
fellow All-Stars.
在接受NBA官網記者Shaun Powell訪問時，
Walker被問到今夏是否有計畫加入另一支"超級球隊"時，
這名擁有8年NBA資歷的"老將"給了否定的答案。
“For me, I love competing. I love playing against these other players, the
great players. I don’t want to go join their teams. If any want to come play
on my team, I’m good with that. But I’m a competitor. Playing against these
guys drives me and fuels me.”

So far, the Hornets star has not given any indication that he wants to leave
Charlotte, and team owner Michael Jordan has publicly stated on multiple
occasions that he will do whatever it takes to keep Walker.
