The normally wisecracking Joel Embiid wasn’t in the mood to deliver quips
after the Philadelphia 76ers was sent packing by the Toronto Raptors in their
hotly-contested Game 7 Eastern Conference Semi-Finals matchup by a Kawhi
Leonard game-winner.

When asked by a media personality about how “The Process” is doing right
now with regards to his health, stamina, and perhaps how he’s grown as a
player up to this point, the Sixers center replied dismissively.

The Cameroonian played an astounding amount of minutes on the deciding game,
being on the floor for 45 minutes – easily eclipsing his 35 minutes each on
Game 6 and Game 4. That’s quite a lot for a player who has a laundry list of
injuries and is battling an illness, prompting the media to raise the
question about where he’s currently at mentally and physically.
