今年開始用NBA League Pass看比賽遇到兩個問題：
(去年以前都沒事)
1. 用手機APP看時，CC功能會自動打開無法關閉，
導致畫面上面一直有字幕跑出來，嚴重影響觀賽體驗。
(手機是iPhone12 pro max，iOS 15.6.1)
2. 想要改成用PC看，卻一直顯示Error Code:102

我有查過系統FAQ，沒能獲得解答，
也已經回報客服了，還沒獲得回覆，
想說上來看看，有沒有人也遇到一樣的情況，
或是有沒有人知道怎麼解決，感謝。
