Nina Westbrook Fires Back After Russell Gets Called ‘Vampire’ By NBA Media
龜龜被媒體稱作"吸血鬼" 龜龜老婆Nina出來反擊
Russell Westbrook has finally been traded away from the Los Angeles Lakers, a
move that might be in the best interests of both the player and the team.
Despite high hopes when Russ joined the team in 2021, the partnership was
mostly an unmitigated disaster.
龜龜終於被湖人交易走了，這或許對雙方來說都是最好的。儘管龜龜2021加入時大家充
滿期望，但是這3巨頭組合毫無疑問是一場災難。
Westbrook shouldered a lot of blame for the Lakers missing the playoffs last
season and struggling this year due to the MVP-level production from LeBron
James. It was a bad fit from day one and the Lakers made an error by trading
for him in the first place.
湖人去年沒打進季後賽，今年即使在LBJ的MVP等級表現下湖人仍舊打得掙扎，龜龜承擔
了大部分的罵名。從一開始交易來龜龜湖人就犯了錯，這組合就是不搭。
ESPN's Dave McMenamin went and reported that a 'source' in the Lakers
compared Westbrook to a vampire who was sucking the life out of the locker
room. That's quite a dramatic statement. Russ's wife, Nina, has clapped back
at ESPN for that report.
ESPN記者Dave McMenamin在節目上說，湖人球團裡的"消息來源"把龜龜比喻成"吸血鬼"，
把休息室裡的生命力都吸光了。這評論非常誇張，而龜龜的老婆Nina對ESPN的報導決定
反擊。
"This is just sick ESPN... Russell is no vampire. This is also slander because
anyone who knows anything knows that this couldn't be further from the truth.
On a personal note, I have school aged children who have to listen to their
peers repeat the nasty things that you guys say on television about their
father. I guess I will prepare myself to explain to my 5 year old that his
dad is not actually a vampire, and that major news outlets only say things
