How it works is that all deals are "official", pending physicals. The physical
is always the final part, unless a team agrees to waive it. Pre-deadline, you
can re-work a deal (add compensation, remove it, change it). But after the de
adline, it gets undone and that's that.
截止日前，可以修正內容、增加籌碼。
但截止日後，只有取消交易、跟吞下去。
所以交易內容是不能修正的..
