CRS 18-12-106
You have a firearm in your possession while you are under the influence of
intoxicating liquor or of a controlled substance — a strict liability
offense. This means you don’t have to have intended to use the weapon or
have acted with any degree of legal culpability. Simply possessing a firearm
while intoxicated is a violation of Colorado’s law against prohibited use of
a weapon.
依科羅拉多法律 CRS 18-12-106 規定，「飲酒（及其他管制藥品）持槍」是犯罪

A first-time violation of CRS 18-12-106 is usually a class 1 misdemeanor in
Colorado. The punishment is:
Up to 364 days in jail, and/or
Up to $1,000 in fines
初犯者，會被認定是一級輕罪（輕罪中最重的），可處以最高364天的牢獄之災
，然後最多被加罰一千美金。
五年之內再犯則是五級重罪，可處以一年到三年有期徒刑，另加罰一千到十萬
美金。

依 Ja Morant 的影片，他本人「是否持有槍械」會需要更多證據（長得像槍
不代表就是槍，需要其他旁證），「是否飲酒」也需要更多證據；但只要兩個
問題都是 Yes，那成立輕罪的可能性不小。
