on Philadelphia’s James Harden and league’s assertion that his recent
statements violated collective bargaining agreement rules against public
trade demands.

prejudicial or detrimental to the best interests of basketball, the NBA, or a
team, or (2) violations of the tampering rules, will be $100,000.
