和未成年做愛的問題這個我在之前Franco案有稍微解釋過了
最大問題是極可能觸發statutory rape
這是只要做愛了就有罪 不管合不合意也不管對方有沒有隱瞞年紀

Because statutory rape is usually a strict liability crime, there are no
defenses to the charge, other than a claim that the defendant did not perform
the act itself (i.e. there is no actus reus).
唯一的解法是證明沒有做愛過 不然沒救
至於Giddey有沒有犯法?
如果參考Model Penal Code[註]的敘述:
(a) the other person is less than [16] years old and the actor is at least
[four] years older than the other person;
Giddey今年21歲 如果是今年做愛 女方少於16歲 那多半是犯法準備進去蹲了
[註: MPC本身不是法條 但是是各州立法的重要參考 所以各州法條和MPC算大同小異]
