posterior tibialis tendon脛後肌"肌腱"
medial retinaculum內側支持帶(但這個在醫學上好像比較常稱呼是flexor retinuculum)
內側支持帶撕裂傷(torn)了
而這個內側支持帶負責固定脛後肌肌腱在腳踝內側上
所以脛後肌肌腱因此在腳踝固定不住了,往前掉出(dislocation,脫位)原本該在的位置上
但肌腱本身可能是沒事的
