Donte DiVincenzo out three weeks with turf toe injury
The Minnesota Timberwolves announced that Donte DiVincenzo will miss at least
three more weeks after being diagnosed with a turf toe injury, which includes
a partial tear of the plantar ligament. Medical evaluations confirmed the
injury is stable and will not require surgery.
DiVincenzo has been a key player for the Timberwolves recently, averaging
17.5 points, 5.3 rebounds, 4.7 assists, and 1.5 steals while shooting 42%
from three-point range over his last six games. His condition will be
reassessed in three weeks to determine his recovery timeline.
