Reminder (mostly for Celtics fans at this moment):
A team that is over the tax apron (first or second) can't sign a player
after a buyout if that player's previous salary was more than the
Non-Taxpayer MLE. That's ~$12.8M for this season.

這幾天交易太熱門了，
離交易截止日只剩十二小時，接下來也有很多球員會被買斷，
所以記者Keith Smith特別發文提醒這條新規定「禁上車條款」。
只要是團隊薪資超過硬上限(第一層就算，178M)的球隊，
本季不能簽下「原本薪資超過12.8M」卻在季中被買斷的球員。
目前有七支球隊不能撿這種買斷(依薪資高低排列，前面三隊超過第二層硬上限)：
太陽、灰狼、塞爾蒂克、尼克、湖人、公鹿、金塊。
