assume perfect class AB and only one conduct
Vgsn+Vsgp=V'gsn or V'sgp only one conducts the current
(2I/knVov)^0.5+(2I/kpVov)^0.5=(2I/kn'Vov)^0.5 or (I/kpVov)^0.5
kn'Vov=1/(1/kn^0.5+1/kp^0.5)^2 ......
it's like a joke, I give up

the above is the idea of equivalent kn'Vov, after this result
Gm=4*kn'Vov*(W16/W12)
where 4 means total output current and W16/W12 means the current ration
Vov=bias voltage=delta V6 plus delta V8
XD maybe this is the wrong answer
