‧ Recalled RHP Jhony Brito from Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre.
‧ Placed INF Josh Donaldson on the 10-day injured list (retroactive to 4/6)
with a right hamstring strain.
‧ Placed RHP Jonathan Loáisiga on the 15-day injured list (retroactive to
4/6) with right elbow inflammation.
‧ Signed OF Willie Calhoun to a Major League contract and selected him to
active roster.
‧ Transferred RHP Tommy Kahnle to the 60-day injured list.
(2) @BryanHoch: NYY injury updates:
J. Loaisiga: MRI of right elbow showed inflammation, no structural damage.
Received injection, no throw for up to 2 weeks.
J. Donaldson: Has been hitting, running, throwing despite right hamstring
strain. Could return in minimum 10 days.
H. Bader: Hitting, running, throwing. Could play in Minors on or around 4/18.
L. Trivino: Threw bullpen session that went well.
T. Kahnle: Transferred to 60-day IL, but not a setback, per Boone. Targeting
Minors games in early May.

Aaron Boone said.
