[閒聊] 美國eShop prepaid card儲值失敗解決過程

美國Nintendo eShop Prepaid Card有人遇到不能儲值的狀況嗎?
我有美版WiiU跟3DS,加上去年曾有eShop prepaid card八折優惠
所以當時一口氣買了十多張,我是有要買遊戲時才儲值
後來發現不能儲值
直接最終最快結論:打國際電話給美國nintendo,並準備mail購買證明即可
但因為有英語對話恐懼,一開始想用mail解決一切
eShop prepaid card我是在bestbuy買的,我想一定是bestbuy忘記activate
====以下事情經過,純閒聊可不看=====================================
2013.12月 因為有eShop prepaid card八折優惠,所以一次買了十幾張
2014.2.14 Bestbuy來信尋問我2013.12月買的其中一張卡是否不能儲值
如果不能的話,請打xxxxx這支電話要求activation
我是有要買遊戲時才儲值,所以當時跟本沒回應
2014.9.30要儲值時,才發現果真不能儲值,回mail要求activation
2014.10.1 Bestbuy回mail給了一個電話,要求我回電
看來只能用破英文打電話去了......
bestbuy客服尋問訂單編號、姓名、我的e-mail後,表示這張卡activation失敗
請我打給任天堂,如果任天堂不能夠協助我的話,請我再回電bestbuy要求退費
並給我一組Reference no.說如果回電要求退費時,跟客服報這組號碼
2014.10.8 還是不敢電話連絡,直接去任天堂網站寫support單
並在support單上傳了eShop card的照片
2014.10.10任天堂電子郵件回覆,要求回報 姓名、地址、電話、遊戲機序號
2014.10.11 回覆以上資料,我以為任天堂會幫我activate那張prepaid card
等等等等等
2014.10.21 任天堂終於回覆
Hello,
Thank you for writing to us, and for being patient while you waited for our
reply. We have been experiencing a high volume of emails, resulting in
delayed responses. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
I have forwarded your PrePaid Card request to be processed. Someone from the
processing group will contact you via email when it is complete.
2014.10.29 任天堂終於再回覆
Please call us regarding the issue you recently contacted Nintendo about. We
understand that your time is important, so please contact us at
1-877-803-3676 at your earliest convenience. Our representatives are
available seven days a week from 6:00am to 7:00pm, PST.
We look forward to hearing from you. When calling please provide the
representative with the following reference number:
1XX00X-000XX0
Please note that if we do not hear from you within the next seven business
days (Wednesday, Nov. 5th), we will consider this matter resolved and close
the incident.
所以還是要打電話.........
2014.10.30 打電話給任天堂,報了reference number,任天堂問了我的名字跟e-mail
查詢後說這張卡沒有activate,要我提供當時的購買證明
這卡是去年買的,還好bestbuy購買記錄還查的到
我問客服我的prepaid card是在bestbuy線上買的,直接給網站購買記錄即可嗎?
在電話中任天堂就直接回電子郵件
As we discussed, please reply to this email and attach the following:
Receipt from prepaid card
As soon as we receive your reply your incident will be processed. You will
receive notification via email at that time.
2014.10.31 任天堂來信通知,35元已經直接儲值到我的NNID了,上eshop看帳戶多了35元
我以為會給我一組新的儲值序號,但總算完美解決,坐等11月買大亂鬥
心得:
1.任天堂的客服回信真的如網友說的一樣,慢。
2.打bestbuy和nintendo客服電話,對話過程都會被錄音
3.外國人客服聽到我的破英文,都會明顯放慢說話速度,所以我能聽懂
4.打國際電話,不用002/009,直接用智慧型手機裝GrooVe IP Lite Free Calls之類的
app免費打電話,收訊都很清楚,科技好進步
題外話,像客服給reference number如果有多個0要怎麼唸?
如:100012-001234 我是唸one triple zeros one two、two zeros one two three four
不知道外國人都怎麼唸?
