v0.350 is a major update that adds some quality-of-life fixes and some new
content! Please read the latest changes text file included with the game for
a complete list of changes, bugfixes, and more.
Highlights
Nine new DLC fighters are available for you to play as!
Engine change: FMOD system retired and replaced with the native GameMaker
audio system.
Engine change: Slave color assignment subsystem overhauled to palette
swapping as opposed to color blending, resulting in much more vibrant Slave
colors
A more user-friendly QoL overhaul for player ship skin select in the ship
selection screen was added
Continue screen: You can now switch between and select fighters from the core
roster and the DLC roster when continuing in Story Mode and Path Mode.
Disclaimer: DLC fighters are unavailable when the Beginner Roster (12
fighters) is active
Player ships now have a visible respawn shield on each new life or when they
use an invincibility-granting attack (most Bombers). This replaces the older
flashing behavior that was present since the beginning of the Xeno Fighters
EX-R era (via May 27 UC San Diego showcase feedback)
