Ｂ組第一場│CONBOX Spirit 3 - 0 MVP Space
Ａ組第二場│Afreeca Freecs Red 1 - 3 X6-Gaming
Ｂ組第二場│MVP Infinity 0 - 3 Rhinos Gaming Wings
四隊來自 APEX Season 2 小組賽各組墊底，
四隊來自次級聯賽 APEX Challengers Season 3 前四名。
前三天會像八強的形式決定出四支晉級至 APEX Season 3 的隊伍，
最後一天落敗的四支隊伍將會再打一輪搶奪剩下的兩個晉級名額。
也就是說這賽季的升降賽共有六支隊伍會進入 APEX Season 3，
而邀請的外國隊伍數量將會減少。
